Someone with 5+ years in a SM role at different organizations that have worked with scrum teams directly. SM will be the main focus in this role. They won't be managing projects budgets so there is no need for a seasoned PM that has managed a 10M project as an example. This role focuses on helping the team improve on agile concepts, mindsets, and process improvements Bachelor's degree in project management, business, computer-science, or related field; or an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of degree. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with proven experience in a variety of agile software development environments Deep understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient knowledge of software development life cycle models and familiarity with traditional project management principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) and/or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or similar Agile certification. Jira & Confluence experience and knowledge of agile practices.
