Need some technical configuration knowledge Act as a subject matter expert and product owner for the Workday platform with primary focus on Global Talent Management including Performance and Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, Talent Pools, and Skills. Partner with key stakeholders to understand the business strategy to align the platform roadmap with the overall strategy. Participate in the definition of features and capabilities by identifying opportunities for improvement. Maintain a deep understanding of HR and employee data needed to improve experiences, and partner with the HR Data Governance and Data Quality teams for applied use of the data. Continuously educate stakeholders and product administrators on new and existing product features by communicating the vision and roadmap. Discover customer needs and pain points through frequent customer conversations, partnering with our Continuous Listening team on focus group feedback and share those insights throughout the organization. Drive continuous improvement solutions supported by employee insights (i.e., automation) Serve as a role model for high quality customer service; ensures that the needs and expectations of all customers are consistently met or exceeded. Support application reporting and analytics; accountable to ensure that the key performance indicators for the application are established, measured, and reported efficiently and effectively Continuously assess industry trends on HR platforms and digital employee experience to inform and provide insights.
