Also provide support on day to day basis on any production support activities. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different products and services. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Strong Expertise in Java/J2EE, API, Microservices with over 8 to 10 years of total experience at a lead level in a large organization Excellent working knowledge of AWS, REST APIs, Core Java and API Automation. Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, including hardware, software, and basic networking. Apply critical thinking and collaborative approaches to improving services and solving technical challenges. Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills in order to relate well with a diverse group of end users, including coworkers, vendors. Outstanding written communication skills using both technical and nontechnical terminology. Ability to effectively document processes.
