The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Python, Spark & AWS. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. The Sr. Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business objectives are met and that our solutions align with the companys strate Responsibilities Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Develop and implement solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Utilize Unix, Python, Spark, and AWS to develop and deploy technical solutions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business needs. Oversee the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Conduct regular reviews of business processes to ensure they remain aligned with company goals. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. Train and support team members on new systems and processes. Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments. Ensure that all solutions comply with company policies and industry regulations. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are met. Provide regular updates to management on project progress and outcomes. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Unix, Python, Spark, and AWS. Have a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 12 years of experience in a similar role. Be capable of creating detailed documentation and reports. Be adept at training and supporting team members.
