The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting our Intune and Azure environments, ensuring seamless device enrollment and configuration. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Intune / Azure Engineer or similar role. Strong expertise in Intune AutoPilot and Enrollment Status Page. Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 11 devices. Experience with SDP software or similar applications as well as an understanding of PKI/Certificates. Experience with Azure Automation (DSC) and related services. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage Intune AutoPilot for device provisioning and deployment. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the Enrollment Status Page. Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows 11 devices. Implement and maintain Intune policies and configurations. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance and security standards. Develop and maintain documentation for Intune and Azure configurations and procedures. Stay updated with the latest Intune and Azure features and best practices. Leverage Intune to build and manage the configuration of physical and virtual computer endpoints1. Build, configure, and deploy Software Packages, OS upgrades and patches. Act as a point of escalation for complex endpoint incidents Design and implement endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, including policies, profiles, remediations, and scripts. Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies.
