We work with internal partners (Marketing, IT, Product, and Legal) to develop, maintain and enhance the EverBank digital landscape (website, online banking platforms, mobile apps). The CW UX Designer will support a specific Digital Transformation strategic effort to completely transform and automate our paper-based forms into streamlined, digital flows available for clients and associates to utilize. They will develop artifacts ranging from low- to high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, visual designs, specifications, annotations, and other documentation as needed throughout the design process to appropriately communicate the intended experience to business and technology teams. What would a day in the life of this role look like:The CW UX Designer would meet with Product and Technology teams on a form-by-form basis to understand pain points of the current experience. They will resolve those pain points and translate the paper form into a digital flow using EverBank brand standards and will partner with technology to ensure technical feasibility and expected implementation of the design. What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager When it comes to solutioning and oversight, the Web Properties team is highly collaborative, but the CW UX Designer will be expected to partner with the Technology and Product/Business teams independently of our direct team.
