Salesforce CRM Admin

Role Description:

Hands on
experience in Administration, Implementation, Integration of Salesforce CRM
and Salesforce app exchange applications.

Implement Salesforce Development Cycle covering
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Call Center, Chatter &
App-exchange applications.

Data migration templates to migrate from
multiple sources into salesforce.

Data mapping, data extraction and migration from
external sources to target application databases.

Experience
in SFDC Development implementing the APEX Classes, APEX Triggers, Visual
Force pages, S - Controls, Force.com IDE, Eclipse with SOQL, SOSL and
Plug-ins.

In-depth experience in CRM business processes
like Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Pipeline Management,
Order Management, Account Management, and Case Management.

Expertise
in Lightning app builder (salesforce 1) and implemented new application based
on Lightning to have compatibility of the app in mobile, Tab and Desktop
versions.

Develop Lightning Component Framework and also
built Lightning component using aura framework.

Knowledge on Salesforce
Lightning Process Builder, Lightning UI/UX, app builder and creating Visual
Workflows, salesforce support communities and Chatter groups.

Technical
Knowledge about Salesforce lightning schema builder, process builder, app
builder, components and lightning connect.

Experience in building re-usable Lightning
components and using Lightning Framework.

Technical Knowledge about Salesforce lightning
schema builder, process builder, app builder, components and lightning
connect.

Experience with functionalities related to sales
cloud service cloud, Marketing cloud, Community Cloud, Custom Cloud and
Analytics Cloud.

Setting up Service Cloud Console, Cases (Web to
case, Email to case), Solutions, Case Assignment and CTI Integration.

Strong
Knowledge about Sales cloud, Service cloud, Community Market Configuration,
and Customization and good understanding with Client/Server architecture,
Object oriented design techniques and web application design

Experience
in security and sharing model, SSO, Salesforce Configuration, desktop/mobile
integrations.

Configuring the Marketing Cloud Connect
(formerly the v5 Salesforce Integration) to connect the digital marketing
capabilities of the Salesforce Marketing cloud with the data management,
segmentation and campaign management tools in Salesforce.

Expertise
in APIs, REST API, SOAP API and BULK API and Experience working with
Force.com IDE Eclipse.

Created Custom Apps, Console Apps. Worked with
Validations built business logics with Workflow Rules, Approval processes
Process builders.

Strong experience working in Agile, Scrum and
Waterfall methodologies.

Experienced working on
Accounts,Contacts,Opportunities,Products,cases,Leads,Campaigns,Reports,Dashboards
and Report folders for different user profiles as per the requirements.
