| From: Sanjay, Vyze Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title - Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager - IT Job Location - Onsite Miramar or Dallas MUST be willing to go onsite at least 3 days per week (may change to 4-5 days onsite) Travel as project requires, estimated 10 - 15% MOI - Skype Duration - 12 Months Experience - Min Exp: 7+ years Sr PM that has enterprise level experience with facilities and construction (required) Prefer someone with an engineering degree (must have college BA or Masters) PMP required ITIL v4 is a plus Facilities where the PM had responsibility on multiple projects Someone with 15-30 projects in experience is ideal in enterprise level construction project delivery Understands permitting process, distribution center with supply chain facilities experience to understand warehouse workflow and process (is a strong plus) Comes from large IT organizations similar size to them Service delivery or service management experience is a plus They are backfilling someone not due to performance, due to commuting too far to do 3 days onsite They use Planview as their new PPM tool but something similar is okay Job Description: Facilities & Site Delivery-Specific PM Requirements o Ability to read, understand, interpret, and mark up architectural drawings with the ability to apply to the project requirements and discuss with the technical/engineering teams for solution design and delivery. CAD drawings include overall architectural plans and MEP and their implications to infrastructure components (low voltage cabling, equipment, and services). CAD knowledge is not required. o General understanding of permitting process as it relates to new construction and the IT infrastructure required to support new construction. o Working knowledge of Procore. o Understand the impact to proposed or as-designed infrastructure solutions and delivery resulting from changes to architectural components and convey effectively to the infrastructure engineers. Looking for candidates who have: Detailed PM experience Theyve done it and done it well Worked in large organizations in the past Active PMP certification Knowledge of IITL preferred BS in electrical engineering preferred Enterprise-wide project management VMware/HyperV general knowledge a plus General understanding of power distribution IDS/ IES/ IT closets Ability to take architectural drawings and take a look at mechanical engineering and plumbing and reflected ceiling plans and understand notations, schedules, converse with business parties, understand structural technical impact General knowledge of certificate of occupancy, permits, and what can/cannot do, etc. Working knowledge of Procore, optional Manager noted least significant is sql About the role: Many projects are warehouse/warehouse type facilities Calls w/ business, general contractors, architects, etc. Not looking for experts, but have general experience in areas discussed Looking for contractors with initiative to research/seek answers Planview - team will provide training If they have experience, a plus but not required Experience using similar tools is good - Manager highlighted: 7+ years experience delivering large, complex facilities/construction projects (15-30 projects in last 5 years) in large enterprise companies.
