| Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst for one of our clients. Position: Sr. Business Analyst Location: Fort Wayne, IN (All 5 days onsite) Long Term Contract Requirements Experience in the Transportation and Logistics domain is plus Understanding, Analysis, Brainstorming and sharing solutions both functional and domain-specific. Capable of discussing with multiple stakeholders and drive the requirements to closure. Responsible for documenting business requirements in the form of Epics and getting signoff from business stakeholders. Capable of creating supporting diagrams (Use cases, Flow charts, Wireframes) to explain the problem and solution. Responsible to create user stories for the requirements along with Acceptance Criteria. Extensive experience in Agile process and scrum framework. Responsible for bridging the requirements gap between development and customer team. Responsible for Knowledge Management within the team. Responsible for test cases review. Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint and MS Visio.
