Required: Functional and deep technical experience working with technical side of Skyward Qmlativ or similar K-12 ERP accounting systems (or Powerschool depending on deployment). SUMMARY : The Senior ERP Technical Analyst is responsible for supporting and resolving complex technical issues within the Skyward Qmlativ product suite and other accounting / student information systems. Conceptually, the Senior ERP Technical Analyst position will serve as a bridge between the software provider and client analyzing, transforming, and resolving technical implementation problems with innovative solutions. This includes thinking "outside the box mentality, working in ambiguity, being nimble to adapt in changing client priorities, and have a deep understanding of how SAAS accounting systems deliver value to K-12 business. This value is defined by improving accuracy, usefulness of data, automation, and efficiency with satisfactory end user experience. Senior ERP Technical Analyst position (includes but not limited to) is responsible for collaborating with client business partners to define /document / present current technical footprint / state and define future state requirements, assist in determining solutions that improve the quality of services for the supported business processes delivered by Skyward's Qmlativ ERP, technical selection and evaluation of applications, deployment of ERPs including security and integrations with 3 rd party applications, lead the data ETL (extract, transform, load) from legacy financial systems, create / manage training, and assist in go-live planning / execution / post go live support. Senior ERP Technical Analyst position will assist in the development of project plans including participation on project teams and must be able to effectively communicate (verbal, written) to various levels of end users including professional presentations to stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience with on-site / remote consulting work prior experience with a consulting firm a plus Experience in K-12 District and/or Campus environments (non teacher) Bachelor's Degree (Masters or MBA preferred) in Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent related experience required Experience in enterprise wide technical ERP administration, technical IT Accounting Information Systems or equivalent critical business software system required. Breadth and depth of computer and business related experience in career ability to learn and apply applications quickly, technical abilities and constraints, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies Experience in a customer support role required. Accounting Systems / software / business analyst and/or project management experience Prepare implementation scope documents to hand off to the rest of the implementation team. Provide insight to and support of the customer throughout the full project lifecycle (Sales-implementation-support). Excellent organization, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills required. Functional/technical knowledge and consultative support of an Accounting Information System (AIS) or similar operational system required. Construct presentation and communications in a logical manner, sensitive to a diverse audience's needs. An understanding of general accounting concepts and terminology required. A deep technical understanding of Software-As-A-Service, Client/Server on premises, high availability and scalability network design, Windows Server, Security (Group Policy), Windows SQL Server, TCP/IP, application technical configuration, SQL, report writing, relational database design, query design, report writing Strong analytical skills and proven experience in advanced problem solving required Must be able to stack rank and prioritize client priorities Conduct thorough testing of the integration solution to validate data consistency, integrity, and reliability across connected systems. Document the integration architecture, configuration settings, and implementation details for future reference and maintenance. They may also provide training to end-users, administrators, and support teams on how to use and maintain the integrated systems effectively Strong client relationship building, conflict management and negotiation skills Must operate with a sense of urgency. Flexibility. Deadline and detail oriented. Excellent analytical and time management skills Working knowledge of effective internal controls required.
