Duration- 6 month engagement and can extend up to 2 years. Visa- No H1B, OPT, CPT Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a tech or digital environment. Tools: Proficiency in Figma for designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user-centered design, and usability testing methodologies. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UX projects, particularly where Figma was used for design and prototyping. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
