Please review the job description below and let me know if you are available for the below position If you are available, meets the requirement, interested for the below position, revert me with your updated resume Job Details: Position: DAS OIT: BA : Business Analyst 2 (745367) Location: 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215 (Onsite Monday & Tuesday) Duration: Long-Term Mode of Interview: Video call Direct Client: State of Ohio (Ohio Department of Administrative Services Office of Information Technology (OIT)) Job Description: Hybrid - Must work onsite Monday and Tuesday each week. State Laptop provided: Will need to pick up on site. The Business Analyst 2 job duties include supporting vendor led, service partners requests and OBG internally driven initiatives. This consist of eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying (as needed) and managing the business requirement development life cycle; documenting business rules and functional process maps; supporting quality assurance. The Business Analyst 2 acts as a liaison between the customer community and the technical development team; supporting Help Desk functions. Additional duties, as described below: Experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis. Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies. Experience developing Business Requirements - project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures. Experience developing Functional requirements - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements. Experience developing User (stakeholder) requirements - are a very important part of the deliverables, the needs of the stakeholders will have to be correctly interpreted. This deliverable can also reflect how the product will be designed, developed, and define how test cases must be formulated. Experience developing Quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements - are requirements that do not perform a specific function for the business requirement but are needed to support the functionality. For example: performance, scalability, quality of service (QoS), security and usability. Experience developing Report Specifications - define the purpose of a report, its justification, attributes and columns, owners and runtime parameters. Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix - a cross matrix for recording the requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering process. Strong organization and writing skills. Experienced developing graphic representations of complex business processes. Required/Desired Skills: Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study Highly desired Experience in Software Development Life Cycle SDLC Required Experience using Azure DevOps for projects and support work items Required Experience using Salesforce customer relationship management Required Experience supporting help desk functions as liaison between the customer community and the technical development team Required This is a hybrid position; Monday and Tuesday in office in Columbus, OH.
