Role: Java Production support Remote Description: On a daily basis will provide troubleshooting and issue analysis of user-reported issues on Enrollment applications related to the technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Participates in on-call rotation. Must be a self-starter, who is capable of performing the tasks independently. Contributes to improving troubleshooting and analysis of issues and process. Reviews moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolves moderately complex issues while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience Java, J2EE , Web Services , and Spring framework experience JSON, REST UNIX Oracle database Desired Qualifications: Mongo or similar no-sql databases UI development with React or similar UI frameworks Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge and understanding of application and web security Knowledge and understanding of test driven application development Experience in designing and implementing solutions for test automation Experience with version control or source code repositories to include: Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory Keywords: user interface access management information technology |
