Role: Sharepoint Power Apps Lead Locations: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from PST Time zone only. Requirement: Lead a team of SharePoint and Power Platform developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Design and implement complex SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create business applications and data-driven insights. Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and custom features. Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint and Power Platform updates and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform environments. Implement and manage security, governance, and compliance measures for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives. Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to integrate solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
