Work with application teams on identifying the various process and services for their applications and mapping them according. Work with monitoring team to shadow consultant on changes be made to the environment. Knowledge with Dynatrace integration with Service Now Ability to train application support teams on how they can use Dynatrace identify root cause. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
