Required Skills: Agile PLM, PLM SAP-PLM, Windchill, Teamcenter, PTC integrity Domain Skills: Industrial Manufacturing, Manufacturing Oper-Manlog Technology: Product Lifecycle Management Roles & Responsibilities: Installation, configuration, and support of a Windchill/Inservice/Integrity environments Supports daily operations including monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, capacity management, provisioning, hardware and software configuration, patching, upgrades and performance monitoring/tuning Administers multiple systems including regular after-hour & weekend supports and 24x7x365 in a 99.999% uptime environment Manage lifecycles, workflows, queues, security, roles, templates, etc. within the Windchill environment Work with vendor to troubleshoot issues and implement patches when necessary Coordinate and/or perform System Upgrades Provide recommendations to management on software and/or hardware upgrades Rehost Production environment into test and QA environments Provide second-level user support Installation, configuration, and support of a Windchill/Inservice/Integrity environments Supports daily operations including monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, capacity Keywords: quality analyst |
