| Role : Senior Sailpoint Engineer Type : Contract (C2C/W2/1099) Citizenship : Open only to USC, GC, GCEAD, H4EAD holders Location : 100% Remote (Must work in EST) Responsibilities: Technical Expertise : Strong, hands-on experience with Sailpoint, particularly IdentityNow. Ability to make technical and architectural decisions. Act as a subject matter expert and ensure the implementation aligns with best practices. Implementation Oversight : Lead and course-correct the ongoing Sailpoint implementation. Support the transition to a new implementation partner and ensure progress. Provide guidance to both the development and support teams. Address technical challenges and ensure the project is back on track. Leadership Role : Act as the main point of contact (POC) for Sailpoint-related matters. Collaborate with Robert (manager) and lead the Sailpoint initiative. Provide solutions and manage planning for future Sailpoint needs. Support & Integration : Provide hands-on support when needed, including coding or understanding the codebase. Collaborate with other engineering and operations teams (e.g., AD, O365, Zoom) to integrate Sailpoint into the broader IGA solution. Project Focus Areas : Current focus: Implementing user access certifications. Next phases: Joiners/onboarding processes in parallel. Secondary Skills : Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira for tracking and managing tasks. Experience with engineering aspects like Active Directory, Office 365, and related systems. Additional Requirements: Ability to jump into tasks when needed, especially during critical moments. Preferably located near EST time zone for better collaboration but open to remote candidates.
