JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant with Payroll Focus Location: Remote (Must be willing to work in PST Zone) Start Date: Immediate Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant with a specialized focus on Payroll to join our team. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be available to work in the PST time zone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM, particularly in the area of Payroll, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and configuration of the SAP HCM Payroll module. Key Responsibilities: Configure, implement, and maintain the SAP HCM Payroll module to meet business requirements. Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for payroll-related issues within SAP HCM. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy of payroll processing. Develop and deliver training to end-users and HR teams on SAP HCM Payroll functionality. Create and maintain detailed documentation for all payroll processes and configurations. Stay updated on SAP HCM Payroll best practices and industry trends to continuously improve processes. Qualifications: Extensive experience with SAP HCM, specifically focusing on Payroll. Proven track record of configuring and implementing SAP HCM Payroll modules in complex environments. Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot payroll-related issues. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Must be available to work in the PST time zone. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems. Knowledge of other SAP HCM modules (e.g., Time Management, Personnel Administration).
