The ideal candidate will possess a strong project management and program management background, coupled with extensive experience in technology platforms such as SAP Native HANA, Azure, and Snowflake. Key Responsibilities: - Led the end-to-end implementation of Snowflake in a large automotive enterprise, ensuring smooth migration and integration. - Demonstrate proficiency in writing RFPs, negotiating SOW terms, Effectively managing relationships with multiple vendors, and liaising between vendors and our technical IT teams. - Utilize extensive program management experience to develop comprehensive and detailed project management plans. - Work closely with SAFE Agile teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of Agile concepts, and directing Scrum Masters and SAFE Agile coaches for efficient project executions and progress monitoring. - Deliver top executive presentations to both business and IT stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and challenges to steering committees, IT managers, data owners, and data stewards. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate program objectives to internal IT teams and communicate project objectives to multiple vendor IT teams. Requirements: - Proven experience in end-to-end Snowflake implementation within a large enterprise, preferably in the automotive industry. - Solid skills in technology platforms including SAP Native HANA, Azure, and Snowflake. - Extensive experience in writing RFPs, negotiating SOW terms, and managing vendor relationships. - Strong background in program management and detailed project management, with the ability to develop comprehensive plans. - Proficiency in working with SAFE Agile teams and directing Agile project execution. - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both business and IT stakeholders. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate project and program objectives to internal and external teams. Preferred Qualifications: -Relevant certifications in project management and Agile methodologies. - Previous experience in leading large-scale data migration projects. - Familiarity with automotive industry standards and practices. Technical Skills Solid understanding of Snowflake, SAP HANA, Azure, and cloud computing concepts. Vendor Management Experience writing RFPs, negotiating SOW terms, and fostering successful collaboration between vendors and internal IT teams. Program & Project Management Extensive experience in both program management and project management, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive program and project management plans. Agile Methodology In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFE. Proven experience working with Scrum Masters and SAFE Agile Coaches. Communication Skills Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
