Optimize LexBot performance and enhance user interactions based on analytics and feedback.
Create and manage contact flows within Amazon Connect.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to LexBots and the Amazon Connect environment.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and NLP technologies.
Monitor and optimize the performance of the contact center environment.
Develop custom reporting and analytics solutions to track key performance indicators.
Knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols.
Experience with contact center technologies and telephony integration.
Experience with Genesys PureCloud will be a plus.
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Serve as a liaison between Business Units and Customers, responsible for identifying business requirements, developing solutions and associated business processes.
Manage multiple concurrent telecom projects, which may contain multiple individual project level work streams. Driving deliverables aligning with business goals and objectives.
