Level 3 Desktop Engineers should have advanced skills in Windows 10 Enterprise configuration and maintenance. The position requires a responsible, self-motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities. Responsibilities and Duties: Execute project related tasks including discovery, design, test plan development, trouble and delivery of completed product to operations team Provide rapid response to PC system issues and outages Support Level I, Level II, and Field Teams Troubleshoot OS Deployment failures. LAN/WAN troubleshooting Develop and troubleshoot PowerShell Scripts Troubleshoot GPO processing issues Develop GPO and verify GPO setting on PC systems Implement PC delivery security policies Perform advanced troubleshooting of PC systems with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and implement enterprise wide solutions Perform other related duties as assigned Provide support for critical systems, perform scheduled maintenance, and deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required Produce technical and operational documentation Qualifications: 5+ years of related technical customer support experience. 1+Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience Demonstrate a customer focused attitude Highly proficient with most popular software including MS-DOS, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, communication software, Citrix, Anti-Virus, and Web Browsers. Comprehensive knowledge of computer and network installation, configuration, and support.
