Role: ServiceNow Developer Location: Arden Hills, MN (Only Locals or nearby) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Key Skills: ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Now Assist Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Design, develop, and implement custom Virtual Agent conversations and workflows in ServiceNow. Integrate Virtual Agent with other ServiceNow modules and external systems to enhance automation and user experience. Customize Virtual Agent to provide personalized responses and actions based on user roles, departments, and preferences. Configure and deploy Now Assist features to enable contextual and AI-driven recommendations across ServiceNow applications. Work closely with stakeholders to identify use cases for Now Assist and tailor its functionality to meet business needs. Monitor and optimize Now Assists performance and accuracy, ensuring it delivers relevant and actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Customer Service, to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. Provide training and support to end-users on using the Virtual Agent and Now Assist effectively. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices related to ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, ensuring the Virtual Agent and Now Assist functionalities remain cutting-edge. Identify opportunities to enhance automation and AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Proven experience working with ServiceNow, specifically with Virtual Agent and Now Assist features. Strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations. Experience with AI, machine learning, or chatbot technologies is highly desirable. Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and other scripting languages used within the ServiceNow platform. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integrations. Understanding of AI concepts and how they apply to Virtual Agents and contextual assistance. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ServiceNow Virtual Agent Micro-Certification are preferred.
