Minimum Qualifications Takes ownership in the establishment of IT strategy and its alignment with business objectives and results. Responsible for managing Identity and Access Management and Server Infrastructure staff Plans and manages the support of new technologies (including wireless), network performance, and reliability. Oversees and coordinates the daily activities of IT infrastructure and Access management operations. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to self- learn/learn tools of trade and adapt to different environments with little or no guidance. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate ability to successfully translate business language into technical specifications and present them to non-technical staff using terminology they can relate to and understand. Office Tools: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word, working knowledge of Microsoft Teams & SharePoint. Excellent at time management, estimating level of effort, and meeting or exceeding deadlines. Team Player Willing and able to mentor other technical staff and share knowledge. Experience managing network operations and service levels for data and voice networking equipment, advanced phone systems, and all network-processing devices.
