Backend Development: Focus on delivering robust cloud-based solutions. 2. Python and Node.js: Significant experience and proficiency in these languages. 3. AWS: Utilization of Cloud services, with preference for AWS. 4. Full-Stack Development: Involvement in full-stack development tools and technologies preferred but not required. This is mainly backend development. 5. Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile environment. Interview Details Interview Process: One to Two Round Interviews. Technical and situational interview with 2-3 people on the interview. Focus largely technical and any behavioural and general would be done at the same time. Technical Assessments Required: No Technical Assessment however will be technical questions during interview. Key Terms on Resumes: Nodejs, Python, AWS, Agile environments (Testing, requirements analysis, design).
