Job Description: We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in transforming complex information and tasks into user-friendly designs. You will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive product experiences, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated with industry trends. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the UX process and experience in e-commerce websites and mobile app design. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation of product experiences independently, with feedback from peers and internal SMEs. Think holistically to deliver end-to-end design experiences. Solve complex problems and collaborate with others to create a cohesive design ecosystem. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into design work. Utilize techniques like storyboarding and sketching to communicate design concepts effectively. Apply systems thinking to develop user interface standards, communication flows, and engaging interfaces. Use design theory and concepts to create effective visual communication with hierarchy and balance (typography, color, space, contrast). Work with design templates and patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency. Manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work under pressure. Present and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. 6+ years of experience designing digital experiences, with a focus on e-commerce websites and mobile apps. Proficiency in Figma and journey mapping tools. Experience with prototyping tools like Flinto, Framer, Marvel, or Principle is a plus. Strong understanding of the UX process, including research, conceptual design, prototyping, and testing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams through the product design process to launch. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
