Role : SDET Location : Dallas, TX (Local Only ) Type : Contract Position / H1B Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and testing with Accessibility. Minimum 3 Years of experience in a DevOps Demonstrated experience in accessibility tools and certification MUST be required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript. Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with JavaScript frameworks (eg. NextJS, React, Angular) Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies. (Eg. Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket, Docker) Manage version control system, VM setups and management. Experience in implementing and promoting accessibility in software projects. Knowledge and experience with accessibility tools and standards. (Eg. WCAG, ADA, section 508, JAWS, Voiceover, talkback) Experience in mentoring and training other team members on DevOps and Accessibility best practices. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
