Please find below requirement and let me know your interest Oracle R12 Finance Functional Consultant Location: Houston, TX Onsite Duration: Long term Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional expertise and leadership in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle R12 Financials applications. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across various departments to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in Oracle R12 Financials implementation projects, focusing on AP, AR, and GL modules. Conduct thorough business process analysis and gather requirements to ensure Oracle R12 solutions meet business needs. Configure and customize Oracle Financials modules to align with business requirements. Perform gap analysis and create functional design documents for new functionalities or enhancements. Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test custom solutions and integrations. Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Financials, including end-user support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis. Develop and deliver end-user training sessions, documentation, and support materials. Manage and execute Oracle R12 application upgrades, patches, and migrations. Support period-end and year-end financial close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Maintain strong communication and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of [X] years of experience as an Oracle R12 Finance Functional Consultant. Proven expertise in Oracle R12 Financials modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architecture, functionality, and workflows. Experience in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and production support. Solid understanding of financial processes, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and period-end close. Ability to create functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Financials certification (e.g., Oracle EBS Financials Certified Implementation Specialist). Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials.
