Strong experience of handling Network team Strong Knowledge of Juniper Network (Routing & Switching) Knowledge of Wireless (Aruba) Knowledge of server Load balancer (F5/ Citrix ) Knowledge of SDWAN Knowledge of Cloud Network. Knowledge of MPLS, DMVPN and QOS . Knowledge of DHCP, DNS & IPAM. Strong knowledge on IPsec, VPNs, GRE , NAT/PAT over various platform Technical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP & ISIS). Technical expertise with Switching (VLAN, Trunking , Dot1.X, Various flavors of STP, HSRP,VRRP, VTP). Remote management and monitoring of Network operations 24x7 NOC support to large global client that have distributed DC, LAN, WAN & WLAN setup. Level 3 and Level 4 support for incident /change management ticket resolution. Creation of MOP /SOP and planning change management process. Performance tuning of network devices and creation of SOP. Planning and perform upgrade of network devices Work with HW/SF vendors to resolve problems Act as an SME SPOC for certain network products provide technical inputs for weekly/monthly customer service review report.
