Required Qualifications: Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; Minimum 12+ or more years of project management experience with accountability for managing complex project tasks and schedules, and reviewing or developing major project documentation; Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with technical and non- technical staff and Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience. Knowledge and experience in effective team building, collaboration and communication among multiple parties and organizations . Preferred Qualifications: 1) Experience working with a Project Management Office (PMO); 2) Experience managing Information Technology projects; 3) Experience managing projects for a Florida state government agency; 4) Knowledge of financial services regulatory business processes and technology software that supports the financial services industry.
