In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in payroll systems, specializing in Workday and its integration with various products. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, streamline processes, and support payroll system functionality. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert in payroll systems, with a focus on Workday and integration with ADP, EV5, Streamline, and Celergo products. Collaborate with stakeholders, HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather payroll requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Analyze existing payroll processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize GL Postings. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues, provide technical support, and coordinate with vendors as needed. Utilize technical knowledge of SSO setup and IAM processes to ensure secure access and efficient management of payroll systems. Apply SDLC methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment. Serve as an experienced Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies to ensure successful project delivery. Utilize Jira or similar project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst specializing in Workday payroll systems. Strong understanding of payroll integration with ADP, EV5, Streamline, and Celergo products. Proficiency in SSO setup and IAM processes. Experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile practices. Skilled in using project management tools like Jira. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
