Role: Lead Java Developer (Hands On Coding) Location: Alpharetta, GA/ Omaha, NE (5 Days Onsite) Job Specific needs & Responsibilities: Experience with developing the complex Java application adhering to low latency, high through-put and multithreading requirements. Experience with Java, J2EE, EJB, JavaBeans, JavaScript, servlets, struts, JSR-352 Must have hands on Spring Boot/Batch/Hibernate Experience in developing a Java batch application connecting to a relational DB using JDBC Experience in any scripting language Powershell/Bash/UNIX Scripting Experience with developing Java web Development (RESTful APIs using JAX-RS, SOAP) using JAVA, J2EE, EJB, Java Transaction or JPA Knowledge of the use of Java application containers, AKS, Kubernetes, OCP (OpenShift), Docker, PodMan Knowledge of Java build tools Git, Jenkins, Ansible, RunDeck, HELM Experience using Java testing tools for finished code. Experience working with middleware such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQ Series, WLP, WebSphere Experience working with relational DB such as DB2, SQL Server, MS Access, Yugabyte Good To have: Experience with running Java on IBM mainframe would be an added advantage. Experience with the IBM mainframe technologies like CICS, MVS, ISPF, VSAM, DB2, and MQ will be an added advantage. Experience with the IBM mainframe platform i.e., understanding about LPARs, SYSPLEX, CICSPlex, CEC, CPU types, USS environment is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical, troubleshooting and issue resolution skills. Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Should be able to support production and should be available to support on call, as needed.
