This role involves leading technical efforts, coordinating with offshore teams, and providing expert guidance to ensure the successful implementation of innovative SharePoint solutions. Key Responsibilities: Solution Development: Design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives, utilizing SharePoint Server 2016/Online, Angular, and .NET technologies. Technical Guidance: Provide expertise in defining business and technical requirements, troubleshooting, and evaluating system architectures. System Management: Oversee the SharePoint infrastructure, including backend and frontend development, system maintenance, and innovation prototypes. Collaboration: Coordinate with offshore teams in India and onshore resources in the EST time zone, providing guidance and support as needed. Design Leadership: Lead technical design and development efforts, including the creation of conceptual prototypes and functional specifications. Governance: Shape the strategy and standards for SharePoint solutions, ensuring technical governance and security across the SharePoint environments. Education & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree (preferred) in Information Systems or a related field. 12+ years of experience in SharePoint 2016 architecture, design, development, and implementation. Proven track record in implementing best practice SharePoint information architectures and workflows. Experience with component-based applications, web services, and data access development. Microsoft SharePoint Certifications (MCSE/MCSD) Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Technology Stack, including .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, and ASP.NET. Expertise in SharePoint technologies such as SharePoint Designer, Portals, and Web Part Development. Experience in web/portal design, content management, and user experience/interface design. Familiarity with Angular and source management control tools for managing development environments. Strong project management and technical design skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
