Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Monitor and resolve issues related to SAP releases and deployments. Perform root cause analysis for any post-release issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain comprehensive release documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and post-release reviews. Generate and present regular reports on release activities, status, and metrics to management. Identify opportunities for process improvements in the release management lifecycle. Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance release management processes. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus. Proven experience as an SAP Release Manager or in a similar role, with expertise in PLM, MM, PP, and QM modules.
