Developed migration plan Worked on multiple HR/Workday projects Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, in HR or talent acquisition related projects. Strong knowledge of ATS systems, specifically Jobvite and Workday ATS. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with quality assurance and testing methodologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines. Experience in project management or change management. Familiarity with data migration and integration processes.
