Position: Sr. Desktop Support / IT Asset Management Location: Long Beach, CA (Onsite M-F) Duration: 6 Months Visa: NO H1B/CPT Interview: Video/Skype Job Description: Must Have: PXE Boot with SCCM, IT Asset Management experience, and Desktop Support Image computers (PXE boot with SCCM imaging). Ship equipment, e.g. laptops and monitors, to new hires. Validate functionality of computers for possible use. Deploy onsite equipment. Provide light desktop support. Replace printer toner. Troubleshoot equipment. Provide end user support. What Gets You The Job: Experience with equipment refresh and data transfer. Experience working in an enterprise environment. Experience with Active Directory. Experience with imaging computers. Experience with troubleshooting equipment. Experience with video conferencing is a plus.
