Key Responsibilities: Product Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle, including strategy, planning, and execution, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements. Technical Translation: Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications, ensuring alignment with compliance standards. Agile Leadership: Lead Agile/sAFE methodologies to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and deliver products on time. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth implementation and avoiding delays. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, and other essential project materials. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, IT, and business units, to ensure product alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Compliance Focus: Ensure all products adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in Product Management or Product Ownership, with at least 3 years focusing on compliance and regulations. Strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology. Methodologies: Expertise in Agile/sAFE methodologies. Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in documentation and process flow creation. Ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively address them. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial services industry or other highly regulated environments. Familiarity with regulatory bodies and standards relevant to the industry. Certifications in Agile, sAFE, or Product Management.
