DO NOT want heavy Java folks... need strong backend Node.js Backend Node Developer Walmart Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid-need candidate within 1hr drive. Expertise and hands-on experience in object-oriented programming Experience with Node Experience with TypeScript Experience in developing highly scalable micro-services and optimized RESTful APIs using Node or TypeScript Experience in Jest for unit testing application. Experience working with container-based technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. Experience is BDD testing using Mockito. Experience in version control tools - Git. Experience in working in a collaborative environment using Agile SCRUM practices. Solid grasp of various software design patterns and distributed computing. Understanding of relational and non-relational database technologies (SQL and Cosmos DB), data modeling and RESTful web APIs. Experience in automated CI/CD workflow using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub. Experience of building GraphQL is a huge plus Experience working directly with Product, Business, Automation and other stake holders in delivering end to end product features.
