How Youll Make an Impact: Operate and sustain VMware infrastructure. Manage physical and virtual servers (Windows and Linux). Support server virtualization, provisioning, maintenance, and security compliance. Oversee VMware vSphere, enterprise storage, and backup systems. Maintain server lifecycle and monitor infrastructure health. Ensure compliance with security policies and apply regular updates. Troubleshoot and configure network components. Integrate new technologies and provide desktop/server administration. Support IT systems, manage infrastructure, and provide operational support. Implement incident response procedures and review technical architecture. What Youll Need to Succeed: Education: Bachelors Degree with 12 years of experience or Masters with 10 years of experience. Skills: In-depth IT troubleshooting and analysis. Security Clearance: TS/SCI. Certifications: DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 CE Certification. IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent. MSCA 2016, Microsoft Azure Administrator or equivalent (must obtain AZ104 within 180 days). Location: On Customer Site at Ft. Belvoir, VA. Additional Requirements: Willingness to attain a CI Polygraph. Ability to lift IT hardware and perform moderately strenuous activities.
