Work with the business HRIS team and deliver the solutions Would like someone to be a good blend of functional and technical so they can handle the solution from beginning to end. Someone who can work on configurations, and integrations. There are not many complex integrations as it's truly out of the box functionality. Someone with expertise focused in Oracle Cloud Compensation + Benefits working on new features as Oracle releases new patches.
