| From: Kashish Agarwal, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Title: SAP MES Location: Remote - need to travel to Tucson, AZ 1 week per month must Duration: 6 + months Must: -Sr. Level SAP MES/MII And/Or extensive 3rd party MES experience like Seimens, rockwell, Maximo, Plex etc -Ability to travel without restrictions. -MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) industry experience Start Date: 9/2 LOA: 9 months + Extensions Our client is starting phase II of their S4 implementation where they will be deploying SAP out their service centers + also enhancing and optimizing current modules that went live in Phase I (Finance, PTP, BI/Reporting, SF). Our client has an SI doing the actual implementation but now are building out the client side team. Client is seeking the addition of a MES BPE specialized in the Service Center (MRO) field who would be part of the IT Team. They would be working with the Service Center Team (MRO) ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day business. As BPE, they would need to understand the business processes, ensuring they are lean, standardized and aligned with current industrys best practices. They would have to translate the business ideas and requirements into software terminology, support business case development and cost benefit analysis. In your role, you will: Support in the optimization and redesign of end-to-end (E2E) processes Introduce and formulate new business ideas (innovations), develop trends and optimize proposals for lean, user-friendly processes (SAP BPI, BPM) Identify requirements, interdependencies, dependencies and gaps in existing functionalities in close cooperation with Business Process Owner, Business Analyst and SAP Business Process Expert Verify the potential impact on the respective (existing) processes and functionalities Design, test, shape and implement changes in business processes Take on a consulting role vis--vis business departments Create business cases and support the prioritization process for requirements (in coordination with the Business Relationship Manager) Support cost-benefit analyses and budget planning Liaise with the SAP COE team and SAP AMS team on issue resolution Collaborate with the business and technical SMEs.
