You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery to support critical business processes and analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand complex business requirements to design and develop robust ETL solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and data engineers to define data mapping rules, transformations, and quality checks. Develop and maintain ETL processes using DataStage and Unix scripting, ensuring efficient data movement and transformation. Optimize ETL pipelines for performance and scalability to handle large volumes of data. Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues promptly to maintain data quality and availability. Document ETL processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference. Stay updated with the latest ETL technologies and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: 6-8 years of hands-on experience in ETL development using DataStage. Strong proficiency in Unix scripting for automating ETL tasks and system administration. In-depth knowledge of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling. Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based ETL tools.
