Right now the ask is to have a PM who has IAM and PAM experience. Must have experience CISO chief information security officer This needs to be a Sr level resource who can drive taking a fragmented security portfolio and creating a unified security program under the direction of the CISO. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the transformation of our fragmented security portfolio into a cohesive and unified security program. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of information security, excellent program management skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives under the direction of the CISO. The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in enhancing the organization's overall security posture by aligning various security initiatives into a comprehensive, enterprise-wide program . Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) preferred. Must Have Experience: 10+ years of experience in information security, program management, or a related field, with a focus on leading large-scale, complex initiatives. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering security programs or projects in a senior leadership role. Experience working directly with C-level executives, particularly the CISO, and influencing senior stakeholders. Skills: Deep knowledge of information security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.). Strong program management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk management. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization. Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations and details. Key Responsibilities: Program Development & Strategy: Collaborate with the CISO to define the vision, strategy, and objectives for the unified security program. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current security portfolio, identifying gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for consolidation. Develop a detailed roadmap to integrate disparate security initiatives into a unified program, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements. Program Execution: Lead the execution of the unified security program, managing cross-functional teams and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery. Establish and maintain program governance, including defining roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes. Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure that all security-related activities are aligned with the overall program objectives. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transition to a unified security program, ensuring that security measures are robust and scalable. Ensure that the unified program complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. Work closely with the risk management team to integrate risk assessments into the programs planning and execution phases. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the unified security program, providing regular updates to the CISO and other key stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, IT, and business units to ensure buy-in and support for the program. Create and deliver presentations, reports, and other communications materials to articulate the value and progress of the unified security program. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of the unified security program and implement improvements as needed. Stay current with emerging security trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that the program remains effective and forward-thinking. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and security awareness throughout the organization.
