Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Coordinate with vendors to evaluate product compatibility and quality. Facilitate requirement gathering, user story development, and test strategy sessions. Track and report project progress using metrics, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget. Identify and mitigate project risks. Maintain relationships with vendors and manage external influences on company systems. Participate in project budget preparation and cost management. The candidate will work closely with project sponsors, product owners, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. They will develop project plans, manage resources, and track progress against the budget and schedule, ensuring successful project delivery. Required Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of six years of experience in IT or business-related roles, with at least two years in a senior technical or leadership role. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Oracle Primavera, Azure DevOps). Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management processes. Effective communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with Microsoft Project, Enterprise Project Server, and Jira.
