Position : Lead Salesforce Developer Location New Jersey (Onsite) Long Term Contract Job Description Key Responsibilities: Solution Development: Oversee the design and development of custom Salesforce applications, including integration with third-party systems, data modeling, and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure high-quality and maintainable code. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Integration Management: Design and oversee the implementation of integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Performance Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and optimization of Salesforce environments, ensuring applications are running efficiently and can scale as needed. Security & Compliance: Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices for security, data privacy, and compliance. Implement measures to protect sensitive information and maintain system integrity. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for architectures, solutions, and processes. Ensure knowledge transfer and continuity within the team. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and systems. Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and SOSL. Proficiency in Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs). Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules. Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, JavaScript, .NET) is a plus.
