We have job opening for the below role. Role: Business Analyst with Credit card Domain Location: Dallas, TX (Locals Only) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Utilize SAS and MySQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize credit card products and services. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Identify areas for process improvement within the credit card lifecycle, including application, approval, transaction, and payment processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and monitor process improvements. Analyze credit card portfolios to assess risk and identify trends in customer behavior. Work with risk management teams to develop strategies for mitigating potential losses and improving credit card risk profiles. Lead or support various projects related to the credit card business, including new product launches, system upgrades, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the credit card domain. Strong hands-on experience with SAS and MySQL for data analysis. Experience with credit card risk assessment, portfolio analysis, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in SQL and able to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of credit card industry regulations, trends, and best practices. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience with additional data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Certification in business analysis or a related field (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
