As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of Pega-based solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.Responsibilities Pega Development and Architecture: Design, develop, and implement complex Pega applications, adhering to best practices and industry standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with architects and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective Pega solutions. Pega Upgrade Projects: Lead and execute Pega upgrade projects, including impact analysis, migration planning, and testing. Ensure seamless transition to new Pega versions while minimizing disruptions to existing systems. Testing and Troubleshooting: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the quality and performance of Pega applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions and minimizing downtime. Client and Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively communicate with clients, business partners, and Pega Product Support to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure project alignment. Build strong relationships and foster collaboration to deliver successful outcomes. Offshore Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the work of offshore development teams, ensuring efficient communication and alignment with project goals. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.Qualifications Pega CSSA Certification: Proven expertise in Pega development and architecture, as evidenced by the Pega CSSA certification. Experience: Minimum [number] years of hands-on experience in Pega development, including end-to-end project lifecycles.
