Description: Senior Business Analyst Works closely with Client's Middle Office and Operations team to understand, document existing trading system workflow, attributes and process to support alternative trading process. Works with the technology team to implement the alternative trading process, document the test procedures/artifacts and assist in QA/UAT with the business users. Competent to work in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Related business experience in the investment/securities industry. A strong business perspective and knowledge of the characteristics and analytics associated with complex fixed income instruments. Knowledge of the middle office/operations procedures/process a plus. Strong business and analytical skills, excellent communication skills. BA/BS in Business or related area.
