And have experience migrating Sales users and Sales data like Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts from other CRMs like Salesforce.com to Dynamics Sales Hub. These Technical BSAs will partner with the internal Sales Product Managers business stakeholders, operations teams and end users like sellers, business development representatives - to understand their processes/ pain points and collect the key business requirements along with the Product Managers. They will then translate these requirements into technical implementation specifications for Dynamics. They will then work with the Engineering teams to build the solution according to the technical specs, validate and test the specs and make sure it gets approved by the Product Management and Business teams ATTENTION : This specific role will be working in CRM technologies (SFDC & MSFT Dynamics) and will be primarily focusing on the Sales experience in MSFT Dynamics. Individuals with hands on technical knowledge around Dynamics and other 3rds party seller applications like Outreach, Zoominfo, Linkedin to name a few - will be preferred. Qualifications 4+ years of Dynamics implementation experience as a hands-on Technical Business System Analyst or SME. Must have a technical understanding of the Marketing and Sales space on relevant CRM technologies like MSFT Dynamics.
