Role: Solution Architect (Healthcare Insurance) Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: Experienced solution architect with strong experience in Insurance domain, a go getter, proactive candidate. Experience working with US Health Carriers such as United Health Care, Cigna, Humana, etc. is preferred Conduct a thorough needs analysis to understand the client's/carrier's business requirements and goals. Conduct a detailed discovery session with the clients to gather all their benefit requirements Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Collaborate with the client to design a tailored solution that meets their specific needs. Work with product management and technical teams to configure the solution. Develop a detailed implementation plan, including data migration, testing, and training. Conduct EDI requirements discovery with respective Carriers to gather their file specifications Conduct thorough payroll implementation projects, including setup, testing, and go-live.
