This role will play a critical part in our project to sunset a 30-year-old .NET billing system (ABS) and transition to more modern solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and experience working with complex integrations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Transition: Oversee the process of sunsetting the legacy ABS billing system, which interfaces with Salesforce, MuleSoft, and ASP .NET technologies. Coordinate Development Efforts: Work closely with developers to ensure that technical requirements are clearly understood and met. Facilitate communication between the technical team and end-users. User Story Development: Write detailed user stories for developers and testers, ensuring that all functional and non-functional requirements are captured. Roadmap Creation: Develop and maintain project roadmaps, outlining key milestones and deliverables. Diagram and Workflow Creation: Utilize tools such as Visio and draw.io to create clear and concise diagrams and workflows that illustrate system interactions and user processes. Collaborate with Business Teams: Engage with internal business teams, who are highly collaborative and involved in the project. Participate in all relevant meetings and help set and prioritize tasks. Tool Utilization: Effectively use Jira and Confluence to manage project tasks, documentation, and communication. Required Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of .NET is essential. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to completion. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Tools: Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, Visio Preferred Qualifications: Integration Experience: Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, and ASP .NET integrations is a plus. Technical Background: Experience in technical roles that involve close collaboration with development teams is highly desirable.
